Pam leads our Mat Pilates, Life, and Life/Barre classes, helping students build core strength, improve alignment, and enhance flexibility. Pam been working in the fitness industry as a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor for more than 25 years. She specializes in Pilates, both Mat and Reformer and enjoys teaching weight training as well. She believes fitness should be uncomplicated, individualized and results driven. Pam loves to show people the joy that is movement—any movement.
